After orders are executed by the shipping department at Al Farq Telecom Store:

The customer receives a text message and email with the shipment number from the chosen shipping company.

When received by representatives of the shipping company, a message will be sent to the customer specifying the location or the nearest branch for receipt.

The shipping and delivery process to the customer takes approximately one to three working days on average for delivery within the cities of the Kingdom, with the exception of some remote delivery areas that are not served by shipping company branches.

If receipt is delayed after 3 days of executing the order, please track the shipment through your account in the store or contact customer service to speed up delivery.

International shipments take 5-8 days depending on the chosen shipping company.
